- blown fuse to the on board diagnostic connector blown fuse to the electronic throttle assembly replaced battery replaced fuse cleared the codes now it is all working . if it blows the electronic throttle assembly again may have to replace the electronic throttle assembly the fuse may have blown because the battery was bad and voltage dropped to low on start up .
